DAILY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Including but not limited to:
Answer incoming calls to assist drivers and operators with status updates, directions, and operational issues.
Make outgoing calls to track cargo status and inform drivers and carriers of any important information.
Record all OS updates, including shipping, pickup, and delivery times, as well as any issues.
Communicate schedules of pickup and delivery times to truck drivers.
Notify the necessary parties and create incidents as appropriate for cargo that is delayed or experiencing issues.
Understand the escalation process and escalate as needed when issues arise.
Create incidents related to late pickups and deliveries, lost freight, refused shipments, overages, shortages and damages.
Build close relationships with truck dispatchers.
Troubleshoot and escalate issues to the operator's team when necessary.
Other tasks assigned based on business needs.

Strong multitasking and proactive skills.
Great ability to learn new technologies.
University degree is required.
Cross-border shipping experience is helpful but not required.
Fluent English is required.
